The Business Software Alliance (BSA) recently published the results of its 2003 Global Piracy Study conducted by IDC, which reveals a software piracy rate in the European Union of 37 per cent.
The cost to national and international software publishers in the region was also revealed with pirated software valued at over €8 billion .
In a Forum Interview, Beth Scott, Vice President, EMEA of the Business Software Alliance outlines the findings of this report.
