The General Assembly

Convenes twice a year.

The Governing Board

Chaired by the President, with an elected Board composed ofrepresentatives of its member companies and federations (Presidencyis composed of one President, one Senior Vice-President, threeVice-Presidents and past President).

Groups / Task Forces

Consisting of industry executives and specialists from themember organisations, deal with selected policy areas and issues ofconcern.
The Secretariat General is in charge of the daily management, andco-ordinates the work of Groups/Task Forces and other activities onbehalf of Eurogas.

The General Secretariat

Is in charge of representation and of the daily management. TheEurogas staff co-ordinates the work of Groups/Task Forces and otheractivities on behalf of Eurogas.
