Fresh Futures in Financial Services has been set up to increaseaccess into the Financial Services Industry for the people of . andthe City hold a large variety of job opportunities, and as theFinancial and Related business sector expands, these opportunitiesare likely to increase. Unfortunately, many of these jobs are notcurrently accessed by people from the local area where there arehigh levels of unemployment. The project works with local employersto prepare local people, ensuring that they have the right skillsand attitudes to benefit from these opportunities.

Fresh Futures in Financial Services is an Equal project. Equalprojects are part-funded by the European Union to find innovative,empowering and sustainable ways to address inequalities in thelabour market across all European Economic Area countries.
