ITV has launched the Britain On The Move Campaign - a national initiative encouraging everyone to improve their health and quality of life.

Throughout the last few months a number of activities have been organised in an effort to encourage people to walk back to health. September 18 to 26 will see Millets ‘Welcome To Walking Week’ and September 19 is National Walking Day.
