Election themes: The centre-right opposition party is expected to make ground in the elections due to wide-spread discontent with the ruling party. There is also a right-wing minority party which may well feature more prominently than expected. The rich ethnic tapestry of Hungary means many parties will be fighting for national or regional interests.
