S&D group: Kosovo ruling must lead to more talks

The ICJ ruling on Kosovo is "neither a cause to claim victory nor a cause for depression", said S&D group foreign affairs spokesman Adrian Severin.

Instead, said Severin, the parties should be encouraged to address outstanding, unsolved issues in an EU framework.
