Explorer urges EU to address ‘weaknesses’ in emissions trading
The EU has been urged to "weed out" shortcomings in the emissions trading scheme (ETS) in order to effectively tackle climate change.
Parliament has been told that coal-fired power station companies should be compelled to adopt so-called carbon capture and storage (CCS) techniques.
