EU governments should monitor jails for terrorist recruitment, says report
An EU-commissioned report has warned that urgent action is required to stop brainwashing by Muslim extremists within jail, reports the Guardian.
Dr Peter Neumann from King's College London said that governments across Europe should be monitoring prisons more closely in the future as they were likely to become "major hubs" for terrorist recruitment.
